Rates are based on a family of 4. 2 adults & 2 children. Under 5 years old: FREE.
Security Deposit
$50.00 security deposit on cabins/trailers. Security deposits are returnable on the day of departure upon inspection that the unit is clean & has no damages.
Pet Cleaning Fee
An Additional $50.00 Pet Cleaning Fee in all Cabins.
ATV or Golf Carts
If you plan to bring your ATV or Golf Cart
Please register at our Camp Office.
There is a $20.00 FEE for each Golf Cart or ATV. Riding is permitted on the campground only unless you are Licensed and Insured to drive the State Land Trails.

Cancellation Policy
When paying the entire amount on the Reservations a Full Refund is returned if canceled 30 Days or more prior to the scheduled date minus $20.00 Administration Filing Fees & Service Fees. Less than 30 Days or No Shows,
No Refunds - No Return Deposits.
There are no refunds on early departure, cancellations, weather conditions, or any other reasons.
You agree to these Terms when Booking and Accepting your Reservations.
NOTE: Cancellation Policy does not apply to Seasonal Campsites
Holiday weekends are a 3-night minimum stay.
$3.00 per night for Heat or Air Conditioning is automatically charged during the camping season.
Reservation deposits are requested to secure the site.
Additional person: $10.00 per night/Pool pass day visitors: $8.00 per person.
Extra charge for early arrivals and late departures.
Payment can be made through Paypal
Sunsational Family Campground and its owners reserve all rights to restrict or lock out any person with or without reference, non-compliance, and those that display unwanted behaviors to terminate or cancel camping privileges without a refund.
